Sr. Macrina Wiederkehr , OSB
Instructor for Seven Sacred Pauses: The Medicine of Deep Listening A Silent Retreat. Macrina Wiederkehr is a Benedictine Sister for St. Scholastica Monastery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Macrina is a published author of which include: "Seasons of Your Heart", A Tree Full of Angels", and several others. Her latest book, "The Circle of Life" is co-authored with Joyce Rupp.

Fr. Jack Wintz , OFM
Fr. Jack has been a writer and editor at St. Anthony Messenger in Cincinnati for over thirty years. He will help us celebrate this festive weekend by delving into various secrets of St. Francis. This retreat will include prayer, social time and teaching. Fr. Jack has made several pilgrimages to Assisi and other Franciscan sites in Italy.

Susan  Wrubel 
is a Certified Integral Yoga Instructor with 30 years experience in teaching yoga. She specializes in Hatha Pre & Post Natal Meditation, Special Needs and Aqua Yoga.

Jae-Sheen  Yu 
was trained in South East Korea. He practiced and taught martial arts Integral Qi-gong Tai-chi and Daoist Yoga since 1985. He is the founder and director of the Natural Healing Institute of Sundao in Los Angeles CA and organizes Sundao Healing practice and study tours and retreats in Asia and the US.

Norbert Zwickl 
serving as the Director of Music and Liturgy at the Casa since 1991 holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from ASU School of Music and a Master of International Marketing Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.
