This is our 13th annual retreat for anyone who identifies themselves as gay or lesbian and who claims Christianity as their religion of choice. We invite you to participate along with other members of the faith community ... or, if you are looking for a faith community, come and join us. This is an opportunity to take time for yourself and God ... make new friends ... and feel the warm, generous welcome from the Franciscans and the “Casa community.”

Along with our gifted retreat leaders everyone who comes can share faith experiences, examine his or her spiritual and creative gifts and even discover gifts they hadn’t recognized before this weekend. Our retreat leaders will be an inspiration for this experience. Please come and bring a friend!

Retreat fee including meals: $130; with lodging $215 single,
$165 double/per person
Check-in: Friday 5 pm; social 5:30 pm; dinner 6 pm. Retreat ends Sunday, 1 pm.

Norbert Zwickl has served as Director of Music and Liturgy at the Casa for the past 20 years. He holds a Bachelor’s of Music from ASU School of Music and a Master of International Marketing Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Larry Dolan, OFM, entered the Franciscan Order in 1987 after serving as a priest of the Diocese of San Diego for 22 years. He is a graduate of the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He taught at the University of San Diego and has served in parishes in San Diego, Guaymas, Portland, the Tohono O’odham Indian Reservation and Huntington Beach. Presently he is Guardian of the Franciscan Community at Old Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside, California.
