Susan Wrubel

Watercise, held in the Casa pool, will help you achieve a sense of balance and unity of mind, body and spirit through stretching, relaxing, breathing and meditating.

Fee per person: $50 for 6-week session, $65 for 8-week session.

Susan Wrubel is an educator and wellness instructor. In her thirty plus years of teaching mind-body-spirit classes, she has taught children and adults locally and throughout the United States and Mexico. Susan is a long-time instructor at the Franciscan Renewal Center and we are sure you will enjoy her gentle style of teaching.
