This page is for Program & Retreat Leaders who have received notification from the Franciscan Renewal Center that their program has been accepted.
Upon acceptance you will receive a contract including a marketing plan and a room set-up page that will need to be completed, signed and returned to the Franciscan Renewal Center.
Then, we need you to fill out this Program Leaders Confirmation Form so that we can ensure that any information that we publish about you and your program is accurate and up-to-date. We also ask that you attach a recent headshot for us to use in our marketing.
