Special Events and Programs at The Casa
Meet Today's Catholic Writers
In cooperation with publisher members of the Catholic Book Publishing Association (CBPA), unique opportunities to meet and listen to today's contemporary Catholic Writers will be offered in 2006 here at the Franciscan Renewal Center.
The hosted writers for this special monthly event are men and women who are currently contributing to the spiritual formation of the Catholic Community, and the wider community of believers and seekers, through their books published on specific themes and issues.
Each month a Catholic Writer, sponsored by their publisher, will be at the Casa from 6pm-8pm. Join us for dinner, a presentation, book signing and an opportunity to meet the writers. While the dates for Meet Today's Catholic Writers have been determined, the name of each Catholic Writer, and the subject matter of their presentation, will be available on the website and in the Sunday bulletin, as they are confirmed.

This year’s golf tournament promises to be memorable and fun for all! The net proceeds will assist with the needs of the Casa.
The Casa Volunteer Appreciation Dinner
Please be our guest as we show our appreciation for all the things you do. On this day, the feastday of the foster father of Jesus...the patron of the universal church...a common man who heard and responded to God’s call...a wonderful example of a person trying to do his part while dealing with the struggles of real life, we will recall the faithfulness of Joseph’s service as we show our appreciation for the service of the hundreds of Casa volunteers.
